Job OverviewWe are looking for dynamic individuals to be groomed into account managers who can wow our customers with a strong problem solving mindset. She/he has to mine, grow and manage our  accounts and build great relationships after a 6 month structured delvelopment plan.

Responsibilities and Duties·         Account/s Management for Recruitment outsourcing

·         Stakeholder management,  Account growth, Delivery Management, Invoicing, collections

·         Recruitment vendor management, understanding roles, talent pools, provide guidance to delivery team

·        To manage delivery with remote teams and leverage a vendor marketplace

·         Maintain data and manage reporting using our tech tools

·         Provide Clients with timely decision points and ensure process efficiency


Qualifications·         We looking for bold, Aggressive, sales oriented, “Todo-Phodo” mindset!,  great communication skills and fantastic social skills – We love Party animals!

We love it even more if you are a sportsman, Artist, Musician , creative artist, etc

·        Ability to manage ambiguity

–        Intent to move to multiple locations – exlore life and roles.

– We prefer sales and marketing specialization in your MBA.

  Location·         First 6 months in Pune, after that can be any of the following  Pune, Mumbai, Calcutta, NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai… just about anywhere in India.
